What personal data we collect and why we collect

The personal information we are processing is your name, last name, e-mail address, because of the need to contact you, and we send you informative messages. There is also a case where we will ask you for more information such as your phone and address, due to the need for business cooperation. Because of the need to book property or activities, we can still ask for financial information, such as credit card numbers, which we keep in compliance with the PCI DSS security rules.


Contact forms

In our contact forms we request information such as First and last name, Address, City, E-mail, Phone, and we keep that information form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.



Tailored Travel uses:

Session cookies: ookies that are removed from your computer after you close the Internet browser. Used for authorization purposes and temporary memory of user settings when viewing pages;

Persistent cookies: oremain on your computer even after you close the program – Internet browsers to remove it from the program or user itself. Permanent “cookies” are used to better understand user habits and to improve web pages according to the habits of a particular user. This information is anonymous – no personal user information is stored, but only search engines or devices (such as IP addresses). These data are also not linked to other personal information that the user may have previously provided.
